Hello! I am Olga Baryshnikova

I am a creative leader, art director and coding web designer.

Currently I am leading a small team of visual storytellers which designs and builds custom storytelling web experiences and microsites for journalists. We cover all aspects including branding, design, and development.

The tools I use are Figma for prototyping and designing, Adobe CC apps for retouching and vector graphics. I am comfortable coding in HTML/CSS and some smaller programming in JavaScript. I am familiar with Agile project management.

I have been working with Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty since 2016, where I started as a web designer for two years and then was promoted to my current role as Lead Data Visualization Designer.

I am a self-taught designer and coder but am constantly improving my knowledge and skills by studying at HTML Academy, California Institute of Arts, SKVOT, Contraforma and other online education platforms.
